At Rush DMA, we process and dispatch all orders with the greatest care to ensure your hardware arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below we detail the available shipping options and the conditions of the service.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Completely FREE. Estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 business days.
Express Shipping: Cost of $45.00 USD. Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment in real time.

Delivery Address and Buyer Responsibility
It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide the exact and complete shipping address when completing the purchase. Rush DMA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or by the absence of an authorized person to receive the package at the specified destination.

Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit
All shipments are delivered fully protected and properly packaged. If the packaging shows signs of severe physical damage upon receipt, we recommend taking photos and videos of the condition of the package before opening it and notifying us immediately.
